• See your counselor to discuss any Add/Drops. Signatures from parents are required for all Drop requests. • Students may withdraw and receive a final grade of “W” from semester length courses four weeks into any semester provided they have parent permission. Any class dropped after the fourth week of any semester for any reason will result in a final grade of “WF” in that course. • Students may withdraw and receive a final grade of “W” from quarter length courses two weeks into any quarter provided they have parent permission. Any class dropped after the second week of any quarter length course for any reason will result in a final grade of “F” in that course. • All students must maintain a minimum of 30 credits (6 classes) each semester. PaCE, and independent study classes do not count toward the required 30 credits.
Reasons for Schedule Changes
1. If you are a senior and one of your requirements is missing from your schedule 2. If you are taking a Campus Select course or need to coordinate with Front Range Community College 3. If you registered for a class which was not offered 4. If you failed a class and need to repeat it 5. If a class is missing on your schedule or a duplicate class is listed on your schedule 6. If you are missing a pre-requisite for a class
Sorry, we will not make schedule changes for the following reasons:
1. You want to change your off hour. 2. You want to have a class the same period as a friend 3. You want to change the class teacher 4. You want to change the elective course you selected
