Counselors are working hard to finalize student schedules for the fall 2020 and we wanted to share the process for making schedule repairs.
Adding/Dropping of classes will be limited this year due to the extenuating circumstances related due to COVID-19. Student schedules will be available to view starting on August 17th through StudentVue and ParentVue.
Schedule repairs will be offered to students August 17-28. Please use this link forms.gle/yJuYhVDLQBTx6Xek9 to request any schedule repairs. Please allow at least 3 days for your request to be processed. We ask that you be patient as we work through the requests. If we have questions or cannot make the requested repair, your counselor will send you an email.
Schedule repairs will only be granted for the following reasons: ·Duplicate classes (ex: Two Chemistry classes) ·Class I did not register for (and was not listed as an alternate class) ·Incorrect level placement ·Completed coursework over the summer ·Not meeting a graduation requirement with my current schedule (SENIORS only) ·Want to drop a class (you must have a minimum of 3 classes each quarter) ·Missing a prerequisite for a course that is currently on my schedule
***11th and 12th grade students must take a minimum of 60 credits, 9th and 10th grade students must take a minimum of 70 credits.
Caseloads will remain the same for grades 10-12. (Jazmin Rodriguez has replaced Rochelle Lenox)
